What is the difference between soda water, carbonated water and seltzer water?
Nothing, they are all made using the same process! By infusing carbon dioxide will plain (still) water, we create a "fizzy" drink, which is a vibrant alternative to regular water.
What is the difference between Skinny Fizz and other fizzy drinks?
Unlike other fizzy drinks, which have up to 50 grams of sugar per 500ml serving (almost twice the recommended sugar intake), Skinny Fizz has 0.2 grams of sugar per serving - which is one full can.
What are the ingredients in Skinny Fizz?

How many calories are in Skinny Fizz’s soda water?
Unlike other sugary beverages, we don’t promote “drinking your calories.” Each 330ml Skinny Fizz can has just 5 calories.

How much does Skinny Fizz charge for shipping?
We offer standard nationwide shipping at $7.00
When can I expect my delivery?
Our one-off deliveries and subscription deliveries usually take 2-3 business days to arrive.
How do I change my subscription?
If you need to edit your subscription at all, you can do this under the ‘Manage Subscription’ tab, found in the ‘My Account’ section of our website. Here, you can change the quantities, frequencies or flavours of your fizz, or add or change any payment or delivery details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, head to the ‘My Account’ section and click ‘Manage Subscription.’ Here you can cancel your subscription.
How long will I get 15% off?
As long as you’re alive (and we’re alive too).
I’m not satisfied with your product, who do I contact?
If you are dissatisfied in any way, please email us at contact@skinnyfizz.co.nz. Unless you are a total nutter, we will do everything we can to sort you out.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we share Skinny Fizz because we love it. If you don't, let us know & we'll give you a 100% refund.
